Our promise
Each saree is inspected before dispatch. If something is not right with your order, we want to make it right.
How to request a return
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the reason for the return and clear photographs of the saree, including its tags and packaging.
Condition of returned items
Returned sarees must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Items we cannot accept back
- Sarees that have been worn, washed, altered or stitched
- Sarees with a blouse that has been cut or stitched
- Items damaged after delivery
Exchanges
Where a replacement is available, we are happy to arrange an exchange instead of a refund.
